Costing &euro;60m, the site will house a performing arts center, a creative agency for books, cinema, and audiovisual media as well as housing three prestigious <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/6440/france" target="_blank">French</a>&nbsp;associations the <em>ALCA, OARA,</em> and <em>FRAC </em>regional art center.
