After a <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150396914/rafael-vi-oly-architects-resumes-construction-on-renamed-125-greenwich-street-condo-tower-in-manhattan" target="_blank">four-year hiatus</a>, the 912-foot, 88-story new landmark is drawing near completion in the <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/945786/financial-district" target="_blank">Financial District</a> with 272 residences.&nbsp;</p> <p>Each apartment, along with the building's 27,000 square feet of upper-floor amenities spaces, features one of three (Terra, Aqua, and Stratus) earth-toned color palettes designed to match the corresponding vistas at each level. The 88-floor super-slender residential tower is located in Manhattan&rsquo;s Financial District and will offer 273 residences with a unique amenities space located on the top three floors of the tower. Construction continues with the installation of the curtainwall with unique rounded glass corners and the tower is set to be completed in 2020.
