How did this engineering blunder ever come to pass?</p></em><br /><br /><p>One Seaport (aka &ldquo;161 Maiden Lane&rdquo;) is now the subject of a contentious lawsuit between Fortis and the project&rsquo;s construction engineer Pizzarotti.
