Following a $45 million renovation/upgrade <a href="http://www.dukefarms.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Duke Farms</a> will have a singular mission: namely ti inspire "<em>people to transform their approach to conservation and to start building a more sustainable future</em>". The estate which is three times the size of Central Park, features 22 miles of trails winding past fountains, lagoons and sculptures; 810 acres of woodlands; and 464 acres of a grassland bird habitat.</p>
