The program is still in beta mode and currently only provides data for five cities (Pittsburgh, PA; Mountain View,&nbsp;CA;&nbsp;Victoria, BC; Melbourne, AU; Buenos Aires, AR) but could eventually turn into an enormously helpful planning tool for municipalities&mdash;especially while the consensus on man-made global warming can be frustratingly murky on the state and federal level.</p>
