<p>Designed by <a href="https://archinect.com/firms/cover/776/kohn-pedersen-fox-associates" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Kohn Pedersen Fox</a> with custom interiors by Katherine Newman, the 68-story tower will be located at 138 Willoughby Street and within City Point, a 600,000-square-foot development of retail, dining, and entertainment. <br></p>
