Designed by <a href="http://andresjaque.net" target="_blank">Andrés Jacque / the Office for Political Innovation</a>, COSMO is not just a pavilion but also a complex water filtration system. Archinect got in touch with Andrés Jaque to talk about the process behind the design as well as his hopes for its impact, both locally and abroad.</p>
