Desai Chia's LM Guest House received the Best of Year Award from Interior Design at the BOY Awards Gala on Dec. 5, 2013.
The project is also the recipient of the following awards: American Architecture Award, AIA NY Design Award, SARA NY Award of Excellence, Architizer A+ Finalist Award, World Architecture Festival Finalist Award.
