StudioKPC is a retail design project.  When assigned the project,  I thought of a friend who was an unemployed fashion designer and asked her if I could treat her as a client for my store, thinking it would be a fun experiment and experience for us as well as make the project feel more real than just a school design project.  

The overall design concept, theme and branding design was derived from a project she had done in the past.  I used her creative design process as the inspiration to design the store/design studio.  I drove to make the space a distinct reflection of who she is and the work that she aims to produce for her label.
