Located on the waterfront at Buzzard Point, the restaurant design is a convergence of two elements: the water view and the grand wood fired cooking, representing the connection of high quality seafood cooked in the purest technique. Amber-toned materials and lighting unify the bar and open kitchen, reinforcing the notion of fire, while the view is enhanced by blue materials that blend with the sky and water. Sturdy and honest details prevail to convey the commercial fisherman’s modest and adventurous spirit. A greenhouse serves as a private dining room with a water view that opens up to the outdoor terrace seating and bar. Also within the concept is a separate casual take-out operation, to serve customers coming in from water sports or biking along the trail.
