I hold a MSc in Architecture and Building Construction from the University of Pisa, Italy.
My dissertation specifically addressed the topic of post-disaster temporary housing and focused on the case study of the 2016 Central Italy earthquake. The main research themes I have explored are: (i) housing emergency management and urban resilience, (ii) transformation of towns’ image after disasters, (iii) design decision-making and spatial simulations.
