For this remote Bahamas island project, the goal was total delivery of the complete buildings. Cabin fever provided everything for this turn-key project: the building design, the structure, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, appliances, cabinetry, bathroom, kitchen and home furnishings and the build labor. The methodology employed in this operation did not require the use of heavy equipment.  From the container load in the U.S. to final build on the island, the project was completed using primarily manpower
