Design for the remodel of an existing lobby to serve new large creative office loft suites in an historic downtown Los Angeles building. The concept was based on a platform of the historic opulence of past and present uses of the building. Previously a glamorous department store, the building currently is home to one of the most beautiful jewelry marketplaces in the jewelry district.
