Build out to a white box space for a local retail store that was expanding to combine both their mens and womens stores.

Ayatana was involved from lease negotiations with the landlord through to completion.  Due to unforseen landlord delays the landlord / tenant build out had to be run simultaneously.  This included site supervision and trade coordination for all the MEP systems, general carpentry, new entrance steps / platform and loose furniture items. We also assisted with sourcing of bespoke supplied by owner items and relocation from their existing stores.
