At Del American Realty Group I was responsible for creating Initial Architectural Illustrations, logos, marketing materials, leasing and print material, etc. for the Ultra High-End Luxury Apartment Community Pure Living in Heathrow, FL. I worked integrally with the Marketing Team, Interior Designer, and CEOs in the latter stages of the creation of this successful franchise which is currently in the Process of Expansion.

I was able to have the opportunity to work on over 30 digital projects including Ocanos, Brazilian Beach Resort in West Palm, Kalahari Water Park, and Walnut Street Development in Washington DC.

I recently worked again at Art Associates Inc. as a Freelance Illustrator from August 2012 to October 2013. I worked on over 30 or more Projects including renderings for NASA, The US Government, Armed Forces, Hyatt House Hotel @ USC, Phi Delta Theta (Frank Lloyd Wright's fraternity), a proposed Amusement Park in Port St. Lucy, and St. Mary Margaret Catholic Church AZ, etc...

In a charrette style working environment, I aided in developing projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale multimillion dollar custom homes in Indianapolis. From schematic design through the final construction documentation phase, I utilized a diverse palette of media, specializing on presentation with 3D visualization and refined interiors. It was an honor to work for Distinguished Professors (Ball State Univ.) and Architects Pamela Harwood and William Tabberson.

As an intern, I worked on several projects primarily in healthcare. Working on 3D modeling in the schematic / design development phases of projects, I was able to refine my skills in the area of presentation / project proposal stages of projects. Site visits to the satellite office in Shreveport, Louisiana and the Hamilton Surgery/Center in Dalton, Georgia, meeting with clients, enhanced my internship experience.

My work primarily centered on a music school addition at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, and the Valentine Theater project in Toledo, Ohio. It was an honor to work for Charles Stark.
