The following is a brief overview of ArquitesAa's participation in some selected projects around the globe:

+ Designer at Scotiabank, Real Estate Department (Canada):
Design and production of projects for existing and new premises, National and International (Trinidad & Tobago, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Panama, Dominican Republic, etc.) including acquisitions, consolidations, an international hub and new stand-alone projects; throughout the Bank network in direct coordination with Project Managers, Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
+ Projects Highlights: Several Retail projects across Panama of around 2,500 Sq.Ft. each, a Call Center redesign of +/- 22,560 Sq.Ft. in Dominican Republic and two major Corporate consolidations of 32,721 Sq.Ft. and 64,000 Sq.Ft., in Panama and Trinidad & Tobago respectively.
Implementation of critical Pilot Project Rollout for over 800 locations across the nation.

+ Design Consultant at TFD & Consulting (Canada):
Assisting in production of specialized designs for foodservice, laundry, and waste facilities for different industries in North America, the Middle East and Europe.
+ Projects Highlights: Complete food and beverage facilities design with careful incorporation of HACCP and health and safety regulations, including itemized equipment details and elevations, catalogs, specifications, budget, electrical & mechanical rough-in drawings for projects such as: Burj Khalifa Tower, Nation Towers, Al Mafraq Hospital and Park Hyatt in United Arab Emirates; as well as the Toronto Trump Tower, Marche Restaurant and various casinos, racetrack and arena developments across Canada.

+ Architect (Design Department) at Arqdisca (Venezuela):
Assisting Principal Architect and coordinating production of more than fifteen projects in different areas of architecture and urban design, with complete coordination as channel of communication within the A&E project team; successful proposals and presentations preparation, production of preliminary and final construction drawings and inherent documentation throughout project delivery.
+ Projects Highlights: Sabana Grande Condominiums featuring a 3-tower -72 apartments- complex on 82,774 Sq.Ft.; the Ezequiel Zamora Airport facilities renovation of about 33,000 Sq.Ft., including interior planning and design, façades renovation, custom-made equipment, signage, wayfindings, FF&E and merchandise development; and Manantiales Touristic Development of 61,500 Ha. in Cojedes, Venezuela, among others.

+ Architect (Production Department) at Arquitecnica (Venezuela):
Fully engaged as part of the Architectural team during the complete design and project production phase of a diverse range of industries such as: Industrial, Recreational and Residential (especially luxury), national and international, with successful preparation of proposals, presentations and feasibility studies; production of complete preliminary and final construction drawings and inherent documentation throughout project delivery; coordination and channel of communication within the project team. -Building Thermal Quality Consultant.
+ Projects Highlights: Oasis Luxury Condominiums in Aruba featuring a 5-storey Caribbean style complex with 35 units on 94,184 Sq.Ft.; Monaco Residences featuring a 14-storey building with apartments of up to 3,230 Sq.Ft. on 115,712 Sq.Ft. and Plaza Campos Residential Complex featuring a 3-tower complex with apartments of up to 2,152 Sq.Ft. and 105,230 Sq.Ft. common areas, among others.

+ Architect (Project Manager) at Consultoria Tecnica (Venezuela):
Planning, design and coordination of two fast-track projects as project leader and main channel of communication within the A&E project team, including a 3-tower social housing complex and the conception of a private 15 townhouses project (subdivision) from preliminary stage of zoning, planning and design to coordination of project team, overseeing of all inherent technical fields such as mechanical, electrical and structural planning, and processing of permits and all required governing bodies approvals. Successfully production of 3D modeling, renderings, proposals and client presentations.
+ Projects Highlights: Subdivision of 15 townhouses on 33,637 Sq.Ft. and Los Cedros Social Housing a 3-tower complex Multi-Phase project in Apure, Venezuela.

+ Site Superintendent Manager at Nomadas (Venezuela):
Managing, overseeing and coordinating over ten construction trades and various suppliers for major coffee company head office renovation. Responsible for overseeing project execution as per design and specifications: Budget, quality, timelines, and preparing reports and recommendations.
+ Projects Highlights: 2,585 Sq.Ft. corporate renovation for Cafe Imperial Head Office in Venezuela.
