Tirana Terminal is located at the new extension of the main Boulevard which forms the main axis of the city. Positioned as a strategic hub for the develop­ment of the city, the terminal is opens up to the new park. 
The program consists on three components which combined form a focal point for economical development. 
Terminal+ Tower+ Park 
Tirana Terminal develops underground. Detached from all the possible links of the existing context. Its purpose are the travelers. Intended for the city growth of next 70 years, the terminal is in between the city and itself. 
The city demand seeks the tower, the terminal seeks underground. The con­tradiction is the answer. The city grow, the terminal digs.
