This was my first design in New York. It is a neighbor to Frank Gehry's AC building and Jean Nouvel's luxury condominium at High line area. I proposed two proposals for this project @ Chelsea Atelier Architect ... of which one was a hotel and the other was a mixed use (residential and commercial)
The Hotel Option model is generated in CATIA and rendered in 3Ds Max Vray.
