This duplex was completely gutted and turned into a contemporary open-plan family-friendly apartment.

Being involved in all phases of this project from design development through punch list, I generated all drawings including the DOB filing set, the construction set as well as all bidding documents. I coordinated the filing process with the NYC DOB and the co-op’s reviewing architect, attended all design and construction meetings and reviewed shop drawings and submittals.
