The Benton Model was the firms 133 square footage addition to a 1,484 square foot residence (2 1⁄2 baths, 2 beds, 1 318 square foot JADU). In making the foam board model for the Benton address, I referenced the following elevation plans and designs via revit. The model is used to demonstrate some of the firms work along with spatial awareness.
