Hello! My name is Sabina Elena Quocchini, I am an Italian Interior Designer graduated with a master’s degree in Interior and Spatial Design at Politecnico di Milano.
What fascinates me most is: imagining, creating narratives and spaces in relation to people. I am deeply keen on a variety of disciplines, ranging from architecture to design, fashion, cinema, art, history. I am truly captivated by a design approach, which places a strong emphasis on the details that lead to thoughtful design, these elements shape a space. I have a strong passion for exploring materials, forms, spatial relationships, images transforming each project into a unique narrative.
Furthermore I would like to mention my experiences as a solo-traveller that helped me develop my interpersonal skills, arrange everything in detail, and adapt to unexpected situations as well as. My life goal is to enrich a lot of experience, both personally and within my career, so far as I can. I am a dynamic person, I like to be stimulated by different challenges. Eventually, it is crucial to be mindful, willing to explore and question yourself, always.
I would like to be as concise and quick as possible. I can heartily recommend my deep passion for art and design, and last but not the least, my determination and curiosity. Of course I also have other qualities and technical skills: anyway we never finish to hone our computer skills. During my former experiences I was focused every time in different phases of the projects dealing with different fields: sketches, 2D drawings, 3D modelling and rendering, and editing videos.

I was employed as a freelancer. Assisting the team in the design of a residential and retail project in New York, now at a concept stage. Researching, proposing ideas and solutions for a Haute Couture headquarter.
I mostly dealt with moodboards and concept visualisations. I was also focused on researching materials and inspirations that aligned with the design vision and the brand goals.
Ex.t, Firenze, IT, Interior Designer
I was employed as an Interior Design in a bathroom design brand based in Florence, called Ex.t which sells bathroom furniture and provides an interior design service. I was in charge of the interior design department, designing interior spaces, such as their showrooms, display for clients, corner spaces at their dealer partners. I also provide technical support to the sales area.
I was mainly involved in styling brand images: creating the setting up for the rendering scenes. One of my accomplishments, that is worth mentioning, was dealing with the brand’s set up at Milan Design Week 2022, from planning to execution.

Atelier Biagetti, Milano, IT, Designer Intern
With a focus on art, design and architecture, the studio creates installations and interiors for galleries and private clients across the world. My role was to support the technical activities that lead from the concept phase to the production one. I mainly covered the position of project assistant, dealing with the virtual modelling of the product, using 3D and rendering programs.

Member of the research group of Francesco Armato, professor of the Faculty of Industrial Design. The addressed theme/project ended with an exhibition in the cultural center of Florence "Le Murate.Progetti Arte Contemporanea".

Rivelli Architects, Montalcino, IT, Interior Designer Intern
I had the opportunity to participate in various projects in that architecture studio based in Tuscany. The firm focuses on the restoration of historic farmhouses and villas in the area of Montalcino (Siena).The studio is also based in New York City.
I was involved in various phases of the current project: from the project briefs with clients, to the design and finally to the actual constructions. I mainly supported the studio dealing with technical tasks, using Autocad for technical drawings and Adobe Creative Suite for visualisations and presentations.
