Project architect on the Store Design and Construction team for a luxury skincare retailer, working on Free Standing and Shop in Shop/ Wholesale store layouts. Responsibilities included Preliminary Design layouts, Construction Documentation, shop drawing review, and various related tasks.
OMNI Architects, P.C., New York, NY, US, Project Architect
Project Architect for a mid level firm focused on educational facilities. I worked as part of a team under a Project Manager and was responsible for moving projects from the schematic phase through the Construction Documents phase. OMNI's main client is the NYC Department of Education; most projects conform to a set of specifications created by the DOE. My main responsibilities included creating the job scope report book from which the DOE schedules their work and sets their fees; creating the set of permit/ construction documents; and ensuring projects conform to DOE specifications and timelines.

I worked as a freelance designer and drafter during a period of being in-between full time employment. I worked primarily on private residential projects, responsible for complete documentation of plans and coordination with the local building departments, general contractors, and principal of the firm I worked with.
