Complete renovation of the existing Crowne Plaza Albany City Center Hotel located prominently in downtown Albany, NY. A 17 story, 384 room, 222,500 SF hotel building originally constructed as a Hilton brand in 1979 to 1981. The rehabilitation included refurbishing all hotel room units, suites, parlors and executive suite; all public corridors, ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function areas and elevators. The ground floor was completely reorganized to accommodate a new entrance experience, new reception area, lobby / lounge / bar and restaurant / servery. The lower level pool / atrium was renovated and enclosed in a new glass enclosure.The building’s exterior was re-branded with new exterior lighting and signage and a refurbished porte cochere entrance.
