This project, which followed a group urban intervention project on the same site, involved choosing a part of the newly-created master plan to develop into a mixed-use palazzo with shops and a courtyard on the ground floor and apartments above. My design approach was centered around creating a useful building simple enough to fit with the surrounding neighborhood, but unique enough to provide definition and character to the corner of the adjacent piazza.
