I have acted as project manager for several restaurants in los Angeles and the Middle East for a popular Japanese brand. I assisted the lead architect with developing all phases of design including project proposlas, schematic layouts, construction documents, detailing, regulatory compliance and construction administration. I worked closely with a team of designers to create 3D models and develop the brand identity for each store. As a studio team member, I have also assited with the construction documentation of several large multi-family residential buildings as needed. Additionally, I was responsible for creating the interior design concept package for the amenity spaces and units of a 91 unit multi-family project including making finish selections, designing interior elevations, 3D mideling spaces, client presentations and working with the contractor to select VE options.

I assisted with the development of construction documents for a variety of projects including an Olive Oil farm to multi-family residential buildings. Using the cad-platform Vectorworks, I worked with the lead architect on everything from site plans, building sections, interior elevations to details. As part of the design team on several interior design projects for a development called Lukes Lakes in Chengudu, China, I participated In work comprised of interior concept design to material selection and cabinetry details.
