This project adds a second bathroom into the existing area of a small two bedroom vacation apartment. After a variety of spacial arrangements were presented the client selected a wet room for a toilet and shower with an adjacent sink. Another important aspect of this project was solving issues of routing plumbing with limited access to adjacent spaces. In addition to solving the spacial problems I advised the clients on construction and finish materials, as well as how to best guide their contractors to complete the project to their satisfaction.
