Jim Sawyer is a seasoned, full service project architect, project manager, studio leader and managing principal.  He has monitored large portfolios of new construction, renovation and interiors projects for organization, financial performance and technical quality; set fees and negotiated  client, consultant, contractor and sub-contractor agreements: trained project managers; lead multi-organizational project teams in the design and construction of large programmatically complex buildings; managed the operations of both small and large architectural practices and implemented ERM and financial control systems to monitor and analyze critical company information for large organizationally complex enterprises.  He has wide spread project type experience including corporate headquarters, speculative office buildings, mixed-use office and retail buildings, high rise residential and commercial facilities, hospitals, museums, courthouses, hotels, churches and private homes.  He holds a bachelor of architecture degree from Cornell University, an MBA from NYU and has over 25 years experience.
