community-based multi-arts center. CAS is launching plans to expand and re-
imagine its programming and facilities by utilizing a now vacant 2nd floor to
create a new gallery and event space.
Upper Eastside Apartment- New York, NY (Current)
Project architect of this 1,500 sf pre-war apartment remodel. The project
includes the complete gut- renovation of the interior to better function for a
growing family of 5.
International Fine Art Print Fair - New York, NY (2018 & 2019)
Project architect of the design for the International Fine Art Print Fair's 2019
show at its new location in the Sky Pavilion at the Javits Center. The fair re-
design includes a reorganization of the fair plan and architectural installations
at the public lounges.
Confidential Residential Projects (2017-Present)
Project designer for a series of complex high-end residential projects for a
single client. Responsibilities include the complete redesign of their kitchen
and design of all their custom living room furniture.
East/West Townhouse - New York, NY (2017-2018)
Project designer of a 3,000 sf townhouse for a single family in West Village.
The project involves the complete restructuring and interior renovation of a
Greek Revival-style townhouse from 1854.

- Assisted in detailing and designing a high-end residence from schematic design into design development.
- Designed the project's sports pavilion through schematic design.

At the end of each semester, the School of Architecture recognizes students in each studio for outstanding work. A faculty jury reviews all nominated student work and selects a competitive group of Design Excellence Award winners.
Sound Building with Distinction - University of Texas School of Architecture, Award
The Fall semester of third year is called the "Sound Building Studio" in which a student is asked to incorporate what they've learned in their three years of construction classes into their studio design. Two students in each studio class are awarded with "distinction" for going above and beyond what was asked of them during the semester-long project.
