Emiliano was born and raised in Los Angeles and holds a professional bachelor in Architecture degree (BArch, 2003) from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He has over 20 years’ experience working for various award-winning architectural design firms in southern California. He has experience in commercial, institutional, high density residential and is an expert in residential hillside
estates. Most notably he created and directed the architecture department at Roman James Design and directed the architecture department at IR Architects before launching SSD. Prior to becoming a managing director, he worked as a senior project manager for several architecture and development firms. He has co-taught design studios at East Los Angeles College (Elac), in Monterey Park. He has also been a design studio guest critique at Woodbury University, in Burbank, SCI-Arc, in Los Angeles and Elac.
