The Vista Center is a new 25 story, 700,000 square foot, LEED Platinum office building core and shell adjacent to the Trenton Train Station in Trenton, New Jersey. The building site is contiguous to the train station “head house” and provides easy access from the station to the project. The site is composed of multiple lots, with sub-surface infrastructure that must be moved or removed before the project can commence. The office tower’s shell is comprised predominantly of a glazed curtain-wall system.

Adjacent to the office building is a seven-story parking structure with 1042 parking spaces, topped with a green roof system. This parking structure will be constructed with standard precast techniques.
