This iconic arcade and lobby is part of a 37-story condominium building in Center City Philadelphia. This late 1970’s building rides a delicate balance between Swiss modernism and post-modernism. The mid-90’s lobby renovation was tired and outdated, and the proposed renovations will restore the clean lines of the original design and upgrade the lobby with new contemporary finishes and infrastructure. The arcade will see the addition of over twenty hanging lanterns - custom tubular light fixtures echoing the form of the columns reaching up to the arcade ceiling fifty feet above.

The project will be completed in fall 2016.
