At Capital Architects the associates work together to manage work load within the office. Together with the principal, we collaborate on design, discuss strategies for procuring projects and brainstorm on a music theme for the day.

While I help out in all phases of any project that may need attention, I tend to take on the majority of the residential projects that come through the office. I do much of the plan layout and design work on residential and commercial projects, as well as manage the firms "brag book" and graphic design projects. This is, of course, in addition to copious amounts of CAD drafting.
