Lake Oswego House
The Lake Oswego House is a modern northwest family home on a small site. The garage was rotated 80 degrees; to allow for more square footage and present a friendlier front to the neighborhood. The resulting forms divided the house between circulation/service spaces and living space. The front living space became a tower element while the space facing the back yard features extensive windows.
