Final Studio Models of the AAC Shanghai Digital Future Studio Led By Neil Leach, Roland Snooks, and Phillip Yuan. The models were exhibited at the digital futures exhibition at the end of the semester at Tongji University School of Urban Planning and Architecture along with many notable architects/firms such as Zaha Hadid, UN Studio, Phillip Beasley, Biothing and more. The studio was researching composite materials. The models are made of Glass Reinforced concrete. The patterns were developed using processing to run agent based behaviors coding structural creases on the panel. The geometry was then outputted to rhino and surfaced, then sent to the CNC Milling machine. Special thanks to my colleagues Conner Wingfield, Tiffany Cheng, Li Young, Wong, Huai Ming, and Egrow.
