Conceptual commercial design project for remodeling the first floor of college cafeteria in Autodesk Revit. Project starts with documentation of current existing condition research and history, student psychological problems, current space and function, and desired needs. Next comes implementation of space planning and of the function of interior elements to compliment the characteristics of the interior space and enhance existing conditions. Lighting design, furniture design, material selection with color scheme, and accessories are also implemented. Advanced custom interior elements were designed and created such as exterior façade and outdoor patio seating with tables, buffet style counter with countertops, interior chairs and tables, lights, ceiling, security gates, and more! Final presentation phase includes existing, demolition, and new construction phases as well as 3D views and renderings.
