As a passionate entrepreneur, designer, and strategist, I've had the opportunity to work on five continents and design across scales -- digital, product, and spatial: from co-founding a social enterprise in East Africa, earthquake engineering in Central Asia, developing high-rise towers in North America, and building a global human-centered-design initiative spanning 12 countries.
With a childhood dream of becoming an architect, I spent many years navigating into more creative and human-centred-design work. Eventually, I built the confidence to go back to school and study design where I found my hum and became passionate about scaling access to creative work and developing original products. I co-founded Naya, during my Masters in Design Engineering at Harvard, with a vision to democratize design.
I believe the desire to create is instinctive, that creativity fights fear, can solve the toughest of problems, and drives inspiration and hope. I’ve become obsessed with making the world more creative. Send me a note if you are interested in working together towards this vision!
