Proposed development of a multi-use healthcare campus to provide a comprehensive complex outside an urban or congested setting.  The site is apporoximately 25 acres that would contain faclities for a 300 bed hospital, medical office builidngs, convention, exhibit space, hotel, dormatory, specialty clinics and extended nursing care facilities.  There would also be space for walking / biking paths and exercise and rehabilitation facilities. 

First phase of construction would begin with a 150 bed hospital and medical office building with an added 150 beds in phase two.
