New American Hospital, Manado

Proposed multi-use primary healthcare campus development.  The hospital portion is intended to house space for surgery including cardiovascular, orthoscopic, and neurological as primary capabilities with the flexibility to expand in other areas.  Emergency and casualty services would be a planned level 2 unit.  Radiation and medical Oncology services are to be included as well as ultrasound and mamography.  The healthcare campus has space for specialty clinics, research and rehabilitation facilities.  In addition to the healthcare portion of the campus would be an onsite residential development.  The various buildings and functions are interconnected via a sky tram system allowing flexible access from any point on the campus.  There is room for conference and exhibit space within the hospital.  There is also space available at all levels for flex-function capabilities to facilitate point of stay procedures and services limiting patient movement where possible.  Patient rooms are same handed and acuity adaptable for all types of rooms including bariatric.  VIP suites are provided at upper levels of the hospital with a small guest hotel and helipad access.
