A 4 level, 56,000 SF 60 bed specialty hospital for long term inpatient care and rehabilitation.  The ground level is raised to maximize site parking and circulation.  The ground level contains space for cafeteria, kitchen, and storage.  The upper floor levels contain nursing suites of 18 to 22 beds with a mix of private, semi-private, and enhanced semi-private rooms with space for day rooms and rehabilitation services.   Administrative offices are on the second floor with a 6 bed observation unit on the third floor as well as space for dialysis and minor procedures.
