About 

As an experienced creative professional with three years in the field, I have acquired a strong background in contemporary art, design, fashion and business administration and am positive that I am able to fulfill the administrative, research and organizational requirements of managerial and executive positions.

During my time at various contemporary arts institutions and business start ups, I’ve been at the helm of these companies specializing in the organization and upkeep of various databases, every day office management and creative direction. I am confident in my superior organizational, research, administrative, creative and communication skills that have developed and thrived within small office environments. I am seeking a position that would capitalize on my existing education and experience while also providing me with new opportunities to challenge myself and grow.

Ooga Booga, New York, NY, US, Booth Assistant

-Responsible for basic accounting functions, including light bookkeeping and
monetary exchange.
-Kept track of booth inventory, frequently re-merchandising the table and minting
attractive and orderly displays.
-Worked directly with owner Wendy Yao of LA based store Ooga Booga to assist with
sales of various artist books and merchandise.
-Dealt directly with customers, in a fast paced environment, fielding numerous
questions at once while calmly addressing each customer's need.

AC Institute, New York, NY, US, Guest Curator

-Curated and organized a four (4) week intensive summer performances series, "UR HEAD IS MINE" featuring a wide array of upcoming NYC based artists and musicians.
-Created and managed an aggressive social media campaign to coalesce with the aforementioned series
-Served as the initial point of contact, providing information to general public about the current exhibition with a professional and friendly demeanor.
-Worked directly with the artists to ensure open communication of performances and installations to determine schedules and materials needed.
-Responsible for all technological aspects of the exhibition including but not limited to ; sourcing and troubleshooting A/V equipment, lighting resources, and camera set up.

-Worked directly with curator Edwin Ramoran for the organization and layout of exhibitions.
-Assisted with the implementation of comprehensive strategies for public programming
and community engagement.
-Responsible for the installation and art handling of works during exhibitions.
-Performed daily contact database upkeep along with file and press maintenance.
-Assisted in the maintenance of extensive inventory database, cataloguing and
temporarily storing new artworks and updating existing records.
-Assisted with all facets of upcoming exhibitions such as press release reviews,
opening reception details, social media outreach and catalogue design.
-Prepared and distributed press releases and assembled various marketing materials.

-Worked directly with the artist and film maker to ensure open communication of
overall studio production and management.
-Maintenance and organization of the studio's invoices and bill payments.
-Served as the initial point of contact, providing information to various art and film
institutions about the director's upcoming documentary, "SHAKEDOWN"
-Implemented a Kickstarter campaign as well as wrote and won grants to provide
further funding for the documentary.
-Initiated a user generated, Tumblr based, guerrilla advertising campaign.
-Responsible for archival research and licensing of footage and various media.
-Reviewed and maintained the office’s inbox, answering all email inquiries.
-Assisted in the organization of the ever evolving studio such as coordinating move to
a new studio space, arranging/condensing vast archive and creating a classification
