PROJECT: Eton Centris Walk

Played a major role in the development of design details during the construction phase of Centris Walk (http://www.eton.com.ph/centriswalk.htm) with renowned Filipino-Chinese real estate brand, Eton Properties. Making use of "green" architecture, the $40-million worth 3-hectare dining and lifestyle complex features lush landscape, covered leisure walks and pedestrian-friendly promenades

Project Management
● Analyzed contract documents and corresponding specifications
● Developed and utilized 3D models to easily instruct the actual implementation of design details in situ for quality assurance and timely results
● Supervised project staff including two office engineers, four site engineers, two CAD operators and 150-strong laborers and equipment
● Facilitated regular management and technical meetings to liaise with owner/property developer, architectural and trade consultants, and supplier/sub-contractors
● Willingly assumed higher position for two weeks during the absence of project-in-charge, in lieu to hiring additional manpower reducing overhead costs by 10%

PROJECT: Eton Corinthian Cyberpod

Had been concisely promoted to handle production of shop drawings for a 9,000 sq.meter, three-storey superblock located in one of Manila’s business districts.

Design / Drafting
● Prepared drawings and request for approval daily as per site condition for trade consultants’ evaluation with a 5% increased efficiency rating
● Keenly processed comprehensive services drawings (CSD) to solve construction conflicts among mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural (MEPFPS) engineers
