Wuhan is an important central city, a thoroughfare to nine provinces, and one of the largest industrial cities in China.  The hotel is located inside Wuhan Wangjiadun CBD, which planning area is 7.41 sq. km., and has advantageous geographic location and convenient transportation.  After its completion, Wangjiadun CBD will become a modern service center in Central China, integrated with the functions of business, office, culture, exhibition and residence.

The site is close to the northeast entrance of the CBD and on the west side of Qingnian road which people must pass through between Tianhe Airport and downtown. The Metro Line 2 station is opposite the road.

Breaking through Bashan peaks, accepting Xiaoxiang cloud water, the mighty Yangtze River converged with its longest tributary, Han River in the Sanchu hinterland, thus creating a grand posture of Wuhan as a River City with three towns’ mutually confronting opposite two rivers.  Two rivers’ confluence is the powerful generator and symbol of Wuhan City; water in its powerful form of the mighty rivers and lakes shaped the history and character of the city. Water is the origin and carrier of nature and Life; the river creates natural world, agriculture and foods, industries and transportation; it connects distant parts of China and creates life and Cities on its banks.

The river is clear and active, the mountains are grandiose and elegant, and the pebbles are round and smooth. We are inspired by the beautiful landscapes of the River City, so as to originate the architectural design concept from the river and the waterside peaks and pebbles; the shapes of the twin towers seem to be stone peaks polished by mountain waterfalls, demonstrating the "water falling & stones emerging" scene, and giving people active, elegant and tall perception; the curved roof of podium looks like surging waves of the Yangtze River or lakes at the foot of mountain, and two towers are more reminiscent of two rivers’ converging momentum. The overall shape of the complex is simple, smooth, and becoming a landmark expressing the unique charm of Wuhan City.

The project is a super high-rise mixed-use complex, its standard is super-platinum 5-star hotel and upscale commercial plaza including a 36 storied main tower for guest rooms, a secondary tower for apartment-style hotel, and a podium with restaurants, a conference center, entertainment, retail and cinemas.
