This site is located at the north side of Bayou which is weak connection with Houston Downtown. Our plan is to propose mixed-used development that should include affordable houses and recreational riverfront. The Board Walk provides additional value by approaching sustainability. The main ideas include maximizing mobility, incorporating hydrology, celebrating diversity, and supporting wellness.
