Providing professional design and consulting services on wide variety of projects to private clientele, real estate professionals, building owners, developers, cooperatives, architects and designers.

Projects ranges from conceptual, installations and competitions to new construction, renovation and adaptive re-use, high-end residential, hospitality design, commercial, cooperate interiors, independent curatorial ventures and exhibitions.

International Studio
Coordinating international team of consultants, integrating technical guidance into the design process with junior stuff; Building massing and skin design; Interior desig and materials research; Proposed Project Description for Schematic Design; Maintaining effective communication with senior associates, partners incharge and client representative.

- India Tower, Mumbai – 60 story tower (301 meter) Park Hyatt Hotel. A world class hotel, residential tower, convention center and high-end retail located in South Mumbai, India.
- Ruby Mills Tower, Mumbai – Schematic design for 2 lobbies in a 30 story new construction commercial building in Mumbai, India.

Schematic and design development; Document productions, coordination and presentation with project team and consultants; Interior design and materials research; Maintaining effective communication with principal / studio leader.

- Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel – Design proposal for an exterior installation piece on the façade; Production of drawings for a $50 million remodeling of the deluxe guest rooms, “Gold Suites”, fractional units and “Gold Club” lounge; Design evelopment and production of an 8,500 SF high-end fitness & day-time SPA.

- Yad - Eliyahu – 85 SM Expansion of a private unit in a row terrace housing project from the1950’s – Completed in November 2005.
- 25 Gush Halav Street – Interior alteration and design of a 160 SM apartment – Completed in September 2005.
- “Designing the High Line Competition” - in association with Carlos Talero – May 2005.
- 188 East 64th Street - Interior renovation of 2,000 SF apartment, in association with Peggy Leung - Completed in April 2003.
- 12 West 72nd Street - Conversion of two apartments into one in a landmark building, in association with Bruce Gornick Architects, London.

Franke Gottsegen Cox Architects, New York, NY, US, Porject Architect / Manager

Was in charge of execution and delivery of alteration/adoptive re-use and new construction projects, managing multiples simultaneously. Responsibilities included coordinating project team, consultants, related management tasks and maintaining effective communication with partners incharge and clients.

Selected Project:
- 41-47 Elizabeth Street - Commercial conversion of 67,000 SF, seven story warehouse building into medical offices in Chinatown.
- 7 Essex Street - New construction of 12 story residential building in the Lower East Side – Completed in February 2003.
- 95-97 Canal Street - Zoning, visibility study and conversion of two 35,000 SF, five story office buildings into one.
- 185 West Broadway - Proposal for an addition of 10 story residential tower above existing commercial space in Wall St. area.
- 59 East 59 Theatres - Executive Architects of a new theatre building for the Elisabeth Kleinhans Theatrical Foundation.
