/ Tribeca Conversion: Lead designer on a four person team for the renovation and addition of a historically landmarked parking garage building located in Tribeca with a proposed use of an office. Responsibilities include: assisting the project architect with as of right zoning and LPC conformance applications , client presentations (production of physical models, renderings and diagrams), code research, lead project team members through quick design iterations and production of massing options for client and LPC review.
/ Co-Living Tower in Brooklyn: Lead designer on a team of 7 people. Assisted the Project Architect in coordination with MEP and Acoustical consultants. Responsible for production of design representations for client presentations, upkeep and maintenance of the Revit model, and review of code and accessibility issues.
/ Upper East Side Condos: Designer on a three person team for a 60 unit, 20 floor market rate condominium project on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Responsibilities include, lead day to day coordination of MEP consultants, production of physical models, renderings and presentation plans for clients, analyze as of right zoning compliance, address objections made by the DOB, lead production and maintenance of the BIM model.
Handel Architects, New York, NY, Associate
/ Technical Designer on a five person team for the Hillside Development in Washington, DC. A 20 Unit market rate residential development. Responsibilities include: production of DOB, DD and CD drawings of the exterior enclosure, assist project architect in the detailing and coordination.
STUDIOS Architecture, Designer
/ Junior Designer on small teams with fast paced schedules for tech office interior fit outs in the San Francisco Bay area. Projects include: Facebook Menlo Park Offices (9 floor interior fit out) and Google offices (series of single floor fit outs). Responsibilities include: produce office layout plans, millwork detailing and construction administration (review of shop drawings and submittals), incremental site visits
