Performing the job captain role, leading drawing set coordination and preparing presentation materials including concept, schematic, design development, and construction document phases.
Understanding and designing large scale mixed-use buildings, developments, and design challenges in urban settings such as office towers, retail podiums, hotels, and residential planning in UK and China.
Developing master planning strategies to promote efficient land use consistent with community goals with a specific focus in Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and etc.
Playing a key role in the design team for coordination and communication among KPF offices and consultant teams globally for design related problem-solving.

Providing technical support and assisting the New York team by preparing information regarding site conditions, building codes, material samples, and etc.
Advising promptly any issues that may impact the design and project operations to the New York team. Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages to the New York team.
Managing client relationships and acting on client feedback
Reviewing architectural documents and design presentations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality service to our clients and fulfilling its contractual responsibilities.
Providing translation and interpretation in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for the New York team during meetings with clients.
