The ELA Star Project is a single contract that encompasses three different projects: East Learning Center, High School Academy, and High School Academy Gymnasium. The Special Delivery Method has been crafted for the construction of the ELA Star building as the catalyst for a new method of construction administration and management that will restructure the traditional LAUSD processes into a more efficient and cost-saving program. This process provides continuous feedback into what works, what doesn’t, and how the efforts of teamwork between the Contractor, Architect, and Owner are building a successful new project construction method.
