The project was developed with the purpose of shaping a space which balances the elements necessary for a cozy experience, serving decoration firmly rooted in Chinese tradition, and with a strong sensory and natural character. The layout structure is simple, obvious, a classical dualism between serving space. Under the proposition of ‘Oriental Culture, Zen Life’ , the entrance composition is defined by just a small number of features: a big reception room, a gift store, a piano and a lounge. It is a unique living space of Zen, in pursuit of Zen-style layout, and natural service; it ingeniously combines the eastern Zen with the commercial idea and the refreshment for human health. Zen is a school of Buddhism. In the traditional Chinese garden, people can contemplate upon nature and search for the utmost freedom of the mind. It was of prime importance that things were designed to be in harmony with the way energy flowed, and not working against it.  This is also correspond with the design concept of the hotel
