Integrated Passenger Terminal at Tirupati

Tirumala Venkateshwara temple is the most visited place of worship in the world and the richest after Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple in Kerala. Tirupati receives around 60,000 pilgrims everyday but currently has only a small airport in 100 acres of land served by five flights per day. The extension of the airport will upgrade it to international flights and will spread over an area of 400 acres with a budget crossing INR 360 crore equivalent to around 65 million USD.

My Role: Developing working drawings as per Airport standards and regulations and co-ordination of the drawings with vendors and consultants and Airport Authority of India. Design of interior spaces was also taken over.
