The project is an housing complex located in Moncalieri, near Turin. The entire complex has been built with architectural technologies based on low environmental impact and high energy efficiency.

Every apartment has panel radiant heating, mechanical ventilation, district heating and B class for energy efficiency. The interior space is modular, flexible and very bright with ample glass wall and terraces. The tipologies of the apartment are two-room apartment, three-room apartment and four-room apartment. Every apartment has a garage, a basement and public green area.
